Co-founded in 2001 by Charlie Baxter (Managing Director) and Laura Marino (Creative Director), Alchemi Group is an award-winning, privately owned, acquisition and development management company with an emphasis on conceptual, architectural and interior design. The company is behind some of London’s most unique residential and mixed-use developments.

The company is founded on a passion to contribute and improve the built-environment due to a combined love of real estate, architecture, and interiors. Noticing a pervasive design language being set by large-scale developers lacking of personality, quality for purchaser’s money and design flair; Charlie and Laura saw an opening for niche developments that are different from the rest and set out to create bespoke products on a mass scale. Alchemi's buildings aren't dictated to by the status quo and the company continues to strive to produce beautiful buildings of integrity and merit which people can be proud to live in and joint venture partners are proud to have supported and developed.
To date Alchemi have secured £350m of Debt funding and have managed a portfolio totaling £1.4billion in prime central London.
