Black Brick was born when Managing Partner Camilla Dell saw an opportunity to create a property search and acquisition company whose unique, relentless approach could give their clients a distinct advantage.

Since then it has grown from being a two-strong team operating out of a loft in London’s South Hampstead, to one of the leading independent buying agencies in London and the South East. The pace of Black Brick’s success has been as swift, but sure. Black Brick is now based in Mayfair and has a seven-strong team of property consultant professionals, carefully handpicked from across the industry for their depth of experience, specialist insight, valuable network of contacts and proven negotiation skills.

Today, our success is writ large in its financial achievements. Since 2007, we have successfully secured in excess of £1 billion in residential property for our clients. We are award winning, and were proud to have won Spears Wealth Management “Property Advisor of the Year” in 2013, and were also named one of E-private client’s Top 25 Residential Property Buyers in both 2013 and 2014. In December 2016, for the third time in a row, we won Gold for best Buying Agent of Year in the Times and Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards.
