All the work is carried out by a network of vetted sub-contractors - Bold & Reeves calls them partners because they share our passion for excellence and customer service. A detailed history of everything that is done to the property is recorded in an electronic log book. This is then available to insurance companies, who recognise the value of preventative maintenance by reducing premiums, and to potential purchasers who see the advantage of a property with a full service history.

Bold and Reeves was created in 2012 as a joint venture between a middle eastern family with fifteen london residences that needed quality management, and the Sunley Goup, a long established British property company with experience of residential construction and maintenance.
