Brockton Capital invests in direct property, operating businesses that are heavily asset-backed, and property-related capital markets securities. The founding philosophy of the business is to create value through a combination of (A) investing in high-growth sectors and (B) applying hands-on asset management to the buildings, businesses and interests that we own.

In 2016, Brockton Capital Fund III LP raised around £800m of equity.

Brockton Capital Fund III LP was raised globally from a wide range of pension funds, insurance companies, endowments and private family offices. Similar to Brockton’s first and second funds (see below), it invests in direct property, operating businesses that are heavily asset-backed, and property-related capital markets securities. The fund is focused on the UK property market. Brockton Capital LLP raised two previous real estate funds: a £135m fund in 2006 and a £500m fund in 2010.
