The most recent chapter in Finchatton’s history began in May 2013 when the company was appointed Development Coordinator for the prestigious re-development of former US Naval Headquarters, 20 Grosvenor Square. With a completion date in 2017, 20 Grosvenor Square is a magnificent property located on one of central London’s most desirable garden squares. The residences will reflect Finchatton’s exacting standards, exceptional heritage and superlative quality.
