About

Grosvenor is one of the world's largest privately owned property businesses. We develop, manage and invest in property in more than 60 cities around the world, and aim to make a lasting contribution to the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of the urban communities we are part of.

About Grosvenor Britain & Ireland

Our mission is to create and recreate inspiring places and neighbourhoods, delivering value for customers, shareholders and co-investors with our placemaking expertise.

We develop and manage a diverse property portfolio in cities across Britain and Ireland.
The Grosvenor family history stretches back almost 1,000 years, to the time of William the Conqueror.

Grosvenor's oldest and best-known asset is its London estate, 300 acres in Mayfair and Belgravia, acquired as farm and marsh land in 1677, when Sir Thomas Grosvenor married Mary Davies.

Business units are focused on our London estate - 300 acres of Mayfair and Belgravia in the heart of the UK's capital - and developments elsewhere in London, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Oxford, Cambridge and Southampton.

We ensure that scalable capital exposure and investment create not just buildings, but places. We apply long-term stewardship with careful design and management principles so that the physical environment is managed through periods of change.

Our enduring vision is to be the developer, long-term co-investor and manager of high quality, enduring mixed-use neighbourhoods that have thriving communities.
