The company was founded in 2014 by Scott Rodell, Guy Plant & Ross Gorton whose collective skill-set and experience lies firmly in London’s Super-Prime Residential market. The team has always been selective in its approach to tendering - only pursuing projects which meet its criteria in terms of client, location, scale, value and level of finish.

While our typical contract value is in the £1m-8m range, we have historically tendered outside of this bracket on jobs we feel match our expertise.
