The company was founded in 2005 by Steve Howat and Nick Stuttard former colleagues at one of London’s leading luxury residential property developers. Members of the Chartered Institute of Building since 2009, we now employ a team of 40 at our Westminster head office and engage over 150 tradesmen across our sites. Services include construction management, project management, quantity surveying and site management, along with specialist in-house plumbing, electrical and joinery departments – providing ultimate control to deliver seamlessly on even the most challenging projects.
