Native Land is a privately owned, specialist residential development company operating in the prime central London market. It is behind some of London’s most exciting apartment buildings, including NEO Bankside, a world class development beside Tate Modern on the south bank of the Thames.

The company was founded in 2003 by the executive directors, each of whom has over 20 years experience in the sector. In July 2012, a major Gulf based investor acquired a shareholding in the company alongside Native Land's management and Buccleuch Group.

Having sold its development portfolio in 2007/2008, Native Land re-entered the land market in early 2009. It has since acquired £175m of development land and now has over one million square feet in the planning and development pipeline.

Native Land’s shareholders have established a new company, Native Land Investments Limited, to co-invest in sites and projects across central London.
