OBBARD are buying agents with a strong development arm which enables investor clients to add value, and owner occupiers to acquire bespoke homes tailored to their wishes and needs.
Established in 1994, we have acquired over 300 properties and refurbished and/or developed over 200 of these. Our client base is equally split between the UK and Far East with a covering of Europe and other parts in between.
Adding value is what we are about and, where appropriate, we do this through a pro-active approach where we bring our development and design skills to each acquisition.
