Prime Investors Capital was granted full planning permission by Westminster City Council to restore and convert this historic landmark into a 100-room hotel, serviced residences and private members’ club.
Serrano and team successfully completed the extension of the lease for Admiralty Arch to 250 years.
Prime Investors Capital was also the initiator and advisor for the sale and lease completion for the Kingdom of Spain of the Instituto Cervantes in Eaton Square, Belgravia.
