Sandra Luehrmann, the founder and managing director of Properly Home, started her journey in 2005 after finishing a Maths and Physics Degree in France. After 10 years in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, she switched to property development due to her passion for real estate. Over time, she developed a strong desire to help clients find their perfect homes by sharing her expertise with them. Sandra holds Level 3 Propertymark qualifications in Residential Sales to ensure the highest standards of professionalism.

Sandra lives in Belsize Park with her husband and three children.  She speaks fluent French, English and Bulgarian and has some basic understanding of Spanish and German.
