The software was originally developed as a bespoke application by our Managing Director George Stead and Technical Director Dominic Webb, for George’s estate agency business 'George Stead' based in Fulham, London in 1994.

The estate agency business was sold to FPD Savills in 1996, but the software was retained by George and Dominic and Reapit was founded in 1997.
