Somerset Estates is a family-run boutique property management company caring for prime and super-prime homes across London and the Home Counties. We work with high-net-worth private clients, family offices and international homeowners, providing considered, hands-on management for occupied and vacant properties.

Our journey into property management began in 2012, when Somerset Estates was established as the property arm of Somerset Consult, a firm of chartered surveyors founded in 2007. That background in construction and property gives our clients specialist expertise and genuine peace of mind.

Our services include property management, household management, vacant property management, household staff recruitment and management, contractor oversight, financial administration, and an in-house out-of-hours emergency response service.
