Seeing the opportunity to offer a more complete and efficient service to buyers of residential property, Guy Wengraf founded Vitruvius & Company to encompass Acquisition, Design and Development.

Guy has been actively developing properties since 2005, when he started building the research capability Vitruvius uses today. It was quickly apparent that the combination of a more analytic approach, alongside the ability to design and execute was very scalable, and had the potential to generate substantial value for clients.

Prior to Vitruvius he established and managed a propriety Hedge Fund Seeding business for a European Bank, investing across all asset classes globally. Before that Guy was responsible for a number of Institutional Fund of Hedge Fund portfolios in excess of $500m.
